Day 1 island life
Woke up feeling a little under the weather and unmotivated. So I thought to myself, I should find my joy. This morning my joy looks like 2 cups of coffee with 6 teaspoons of sugar and two bowls of bran with 4 spoons of sugar. So basically my joy this morning is 10 teaspoons of sugar. I DO feel happier. FitnessPal will be pissed.
